  1. You can absolutely get there gum_addict. Just nope every day, stay determined no matter how crappy your day, and slowly it gets easier and easier. I honestly can’t believe how quick the last 2 years have gone. Smoking is something I used to do….
  2. Thanks guys for all the lovely messages and cat gifs, love them all
  3. Sorry you smoked, but I’m so happy to see you are back on the train. No matter what now, you have quit. Do whatever it takes to stay quit, stay here day and night if need be. You CAN do this.
  4. Take care of yourself Linda, hope you feel better soon.
  5. Thank you all so much . When I woke this morning, I could hardly believe that I was starting my 5th year today, it has been an amazing journey so far , and without a doubt I wouldn’t be where i am today without coming on here and noping and getting encouragement from everyone. I’ve really enjoyed being here, and will continue to be here, as I love to see all the new quitters doing well, as well as all the people ahead of me staying quit, it’s so encouraging. My life is so much better as a non smoker. I have a lovely nearly 3 year old granddaughter who has never known a stinky nanny, and twin grandsons due next month. Life is good. my hope is for those behind me to keep going, it really does get better. I am rooting for you

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
