First off you are sooooo brave going in your shed, sheds frighten me as I think about the spiders lurking in them, but your spiders are something else ...eeeeeeeek.... seriously though.... I agree what the old phartes say, and I was an old pharte once too, had been quit for over two years, these thoughts come and go for a long time. my hubby,s uncle has been quit for over 30 years, and when he smells a cigarette, he says it still smells pleasant to him, but he wouldn't want to get back to smoking.

  8. Welcome Zee, good to see you here, and don't worry about the weight, give yourself a month or so and then when you feel more comfortable with your quit, then tackle the weight.
