  4. NOPE.....none for me today... I haven’t posted in a few days, as been away....but back now...
  5. I always wore a latex glove on my smoking hand. I’m a beautician so work on people’s faces. I couldn’t have smelly fingers ? I always smoked out in fresh air, and sprayed myself often with body spray and that went in my hair too ...and lots of mints. I always used to turn away. From my clients to speak to them, just in case they smelt it on my breath.... it was a nightmare and I bet some knew anyway ?

Healthy me Healthy bank balance Chest pains gone Walk up hills easier not had a sore throat ( I almost constantly had a sore throat and would suck lozenges so I could smoke) can afford the little treats I went without before money lasts longer in my purse fingers don’t stink clothes don’t stink car doesn’t stink my skin looks better i am calmer i have more patience i sleep better
