  10. I often stand outside with my Sister while she smokes, or when she hangs out of her bedroom window having one, I will sit on her bed and chat to her. The smell irritates me, and I am not in the slightest bit envious of her smoking. Quite the opposite, I wish she would stop. It bugs me what she is doing to herself, but I don't nag or preach lol.
  11. Sorry to hear you threw a 30 day quit away, I hope you are determined to keep it going this time. Smoking never made anything better.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
