  2. I agree with Runfree, you must have a solid reason. Which one really is the most important to you? So glad you are giving it another go, so stay determined this time, as you know you want to be a non smoker and have a healthier life. I look forward to seeing you around a lot.

  7. Aww Thanks so much guys. I,m really proud to be starting my 3rd smoke free year today. I,m so happy to be content with my quit now. it,s been an absolute pleasure to be part of this group, and an invaluable place to be whilst quitting. The encouragement, advice, and just seeing you all here each day has really kept me strong, and I Thank you all. I certainly shall stay around and continue to support others, as I know how much it helped me. had A lovely meal with family tonight to celebrate. onwards and upwards ......
  8. Oh My! we are early today haha... It is only 4.30pm here in the UK, but I will say a big fat NOPE.... and at 11.30pm tonight I will have been quit 2 years..... I am feeling blessed.
  9. You will never be a burden on here, you can post as often as you like. No one is making fun of you here, we are one big family helping and encouraging each other along i really hope you quit again right away.
  10. I,m so sorry to hear that. At first there is a very empty feeling and a sense that something is missing. It’s very much like a bereavement feeling. Don’t be discouraged though, getting straight back into it is the best thing you can do. I found eating something helped me, and keeping busy. Posting every minute on here if you need to also helps.

  14. Well done , into the second week now. A word of warning on too many sugar free mints or other sugar free items. May produce laxative effects! I can't eat anything with sorbitol in it, as get severe stomach ache, but you could be one of the lucky ones.

  20. Learning to cook quinoa. I,m making sure I eat healthier this year, so just made a quinoa salad. It turned out really good...yay...
