I dont see notifications any more, just a green circle with a number in it! Also all the threads are now coming through to my emails too, and I have to keep deleting them all. This didnt happen before , have i pressed something I should'nt have??

I agree with all that's been said here. If you can just stop going out at night and getting up early to get your fix of nicotine , then all would be well, BUT....... if you have no control and are driven to do it, that is definately ADDICTION!!!! Like a puppet having its strings pulled, You dont have a choice!! Read up and take control . -
