  17. Welcome to the train oona. You will come to love being a non smoker. Back in the day I thought I enjoyed smoking too, never went anywhere without my pack!! Truth was I didn’t really like smoking, and many times I would light up and think. I don’t really want this, or force myself to smoke with a sore throat, and curse because it hurt my throat even more!!! Did I really love it? Now I have learnt that I smoked because I needed to get my nicotine levels up because I was addicted. Take it one day at a time, and you will soon love your new smokefree life. All the best to you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
