5 So you are spraying all in the office today? Hope it eases up soon. All good here, we have a team event later today. Will be trying to get a go-kart around a track as quickly as possible. Should be fun.
  8. I'm certain that she is frolicking through Scottish glens, dancing with unicorns. It may not be glens as I don't really know where they hide the unicorns. Hopefully she is enjoying the last knockings of summer and will be back in the game section shortly.

    True or False

False, when I'm at work I try to get to sleep some time before 1am, occasionally much earlier, otherwise before about 4am. TNP thinks a regular bedtime is important?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
