Oh, I wish I were a glow worm,. for a glow worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy when the sun shines out your bum! I thought I was a special snowflake with the sun shining out my bum, but now I think that maybe I'm just a glow worm.

Hey JB, seems like you have a seriously good quit in progress. I guess the experiences you have had simply demonstrate how we are all individuals. For some pledging is a useful part of their quit and others it will not be. It is about pulling out of the toolkit those things that are useful in our own circumstances. Thanks for posting and stay strong.

Yes although if you don't have a racket or someone to play against you are permitted to simply mime the actions for an hour a day. (There is a get out clause. You can have a photo taken holding your bunny bum) Is it bedtime yet?
