  12. Sunny, sad to hear this, but the bravery to come here and post what has happened is promising. I hope this indicates you still want a smoke free life. Unfortunately that doesn't work if you even have an occassional cigarette, because we all know those will become increasingly frequest. No judgement here, I understand the internal struggle, but you have to want it enough to reach out so you can be talked down when the most intense moments hit. I'm proud of your honesty with us, I hope you take the opportunity to reflect and to be totally honest with yourself. What can stop you from making this quit the last you ever need to make?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
