Gday First priority of the day is of course a pee. Then is thinking about NOT smoking ....NOPE Pledge. Then it's on with a day that completely free of smoking thoughts or craves. I power through the day. And every now and then read the forum to remind me what a shit habit I've walked away from. Ive gained an amazing life smoke free but I've lost a quit before to "just one". I like to maintain the rage and reading the newbies helps me heaps to not forget, cause you do. Chris

Gday Course I know that first cig with coffee was the best. For the life of me I can't remember Why? It's gone. Old timers.. No! As time goes on it fades. Can't remember that "ah" feeling as well as I once thought Coffee still taste great. But I enjoy my coffee with conversation with my sweetheart. Was smoking that self indulgent? C

Gday O' roast pork! In the middle of the week! Work really really sucks and gets in the way of the "cooking class" cant wait for the weekend I'd love a roast. And pork I'm still trying to figure it out Crackle at the start or crackle at the end. Or a pickled pork neck smoked for 6 hours to a fall apart ham. Recon I've got home from work lots late and an super hungry. baked beans on toast with home smoked cheese and under the grill. C C

Gday People talk about being Happy Or Sad. Polar opposites. Either one or the other. Not so I recon. There is that place in the middle, that steady place that's, just well...a satisfied place. i don't need the extremes of either end. Just the steady comfortable bit in the middle. Satisfied. G'day Jo Hate to break it to you Jo. My job as a kid when we had visitors was to make sure everyone had an ashtray. My poor old 10 year old truck doesn't have an ashtray. You could put one of those but bin things in the cup holder. Much prefer the cup holder. i do have 2 cig lighter thingies. Perfect.. Sat nav one one Mobil recharge in the other . regards Chris

Gday i still own this little beauty. A real 70s stunner. I use it as a mosquito coil burner! Cracks me up when people comment on it and ask me where I brought from! No one recognizes it's an ashtray! Wow the world has changed.

G'day Im pleased that I'm setting a good example. Recon people must think if that old fart can give it away and stay quit anyone can. My sons given it away and I tell you I felt so guilty that he ever started. My niece has stopped to make it zip for smokers in my family. Now my bested old mate and his son as well! I'm pretty proud now of having quit conversations with them all and telling they they have done a really good thing! regards Chris
