Gday Not long till I’m on the road again. Driving back from a friends in Sydney. A bit of a reminder, cause it was there 3 years ago my quit became a “sticky” quit. I can say that now cause I’m looking back. I was realising that my quit was pretty precious and I was unwilling to loss it to a whim. That’s when I started to NOPE and it all sorta fell into place for me. I realized properly it was an addiction and I was an addict! After that life became... not easier... but more of a pleasure. The weight was off those shoulders so there was time for better things than thinking about smoking. Back to work Saturday but Life’s Good!... Ha Ha C

G’day They are unusual because they have a bit of dingo the native Australian dog in them. My brother had a red one for years that had more than a little dingo in her. She didn’t bark, could and did howl bit didn’t bark at all. She was very standvoffish till my brother was about. If he liked you she did too but if he didn’t she’d pick up on it and ignore you. Love to have the time to have one myself but they are a working dog and need the company and a run rather than a short walk. C

Gday bigbtabacco would love to be able to sell nicotine vapes in Australia. Sure they love to see in law so they could get a monoply again. But no one can sell nicotine vape. That’s everyone! As an individual you can buy and import a personal supply. When I checked it was a max of 3 months personal supply. But you can’t sell it. That’s illegal. Off course big tabacco is pissed off cause it can’t control the market! WA is illegal to sell vape equipement of any sort which is diferent to the other states. Big tabacco would love to explote that difference. But from what I’ve read the evidence coming in from around the world doesn’t support the much touted therory that vaping is a pathway to giving up smoking but rather that it has little effect in cutting smoking rates. Big tabacco hasn’t got much to fight with!

Awwwww Bloody Tempted but I can’t! Shit! poo! Bugger! Bugger! Bitch! Bum! Its low colesterol for me. Low sugar! Low fat.... low flavour In a way it’s worse than nicotine withdrawal! A friend makes the best the best Vietnamese ice coffee. perculated coffee, sweetened condenced milk ice cubes in a blender. Blitze. OMG..it’s so good! course it’s bloody good he’s Vietnamese! And I refused one! I’m getting sick of those bloody smoothies with the green shit that gets stuck in your teeth..... I’m breaking out! I’m going to do some sugar soon otherwise someone is going to get Hurt ...Bad! Sad Chris!

G’day I actually don’t like omelettes myself. My wife loves them so I cook for her. I finish the toppings under the grill and fold. She loves them so I don’t mind cooking them. Then because the grills on I have baked beans on toast with grilled cheese on top. Each to thier own
