  1. Also people use blowpops, tootsie pops as a crutch when you get that anxious feeling/crave for something.. We did it for so long reaching for the cigg in those moments we just gotta learn to replace it and fight off the thoughts
  2. Bic pen will be good, get a straw cut it to the size of a cigg. Deep breath or pull on it hold it for 2-3 secs and exhale. works like a charm

  14. I have blown quite a few quits. Don't quit trying, you have to be mentally prepared . Educate on the addiction and replace the action/reaction of smoking with something else. Good luck
