  1. It really is a car payment, they give the people what they need to quit.. 400 a month(pack a day in NY) for a habit and people will bitch and moan about money.

  3. My mother had dementia and know how difficult it is dealing with it, each time you fight it off you'll get stronger as will your quit. Let it out, being around happy quitters helps out big time... NOPE

  5. Wise choice, try and remember that miserable feeling the next time you think about smoking again. Keep busy and find something to replace the crutch of smoking. Understand why we smoke and how to deal with withdrawal and the triggers are key early on. Like mention education is important. Good luck

  9. Cha ching, ciggs out here in NY are around 14 per pack. What alot of stores do is they get the swags from virginia and sell them for 9-10 bucks a pack. After i quit my car( a lease) and insurance plus gas are paid for each month. #NOPE

  12. I also used and still use the fitbit, i agree with the bad weather... Its tough getting steps in so i use the treadmill but it is so good to be able to walk miles and not breath like a bulldog since ive been free of them sticks and back in shape
