  9. I blew a 2 1/2 year quit over a similar situation, i wasnt thinking clear. The fact that you didnt smoke says it all. This time whatever is thrown at me i wont take that puff no matter and that I put in pen. We will always get tested those sticks are evil things . I'm sorry to read about your tragedy

  12. After a month its always good to check with a Dr, may not be anything but for peace of mind

  15. Just have a plan for when the cravings come and or the triggers. Replace the smoking reaction with something else. Go for a walk, work out, eat etc.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
