  3. True we all need something to rely on isn't there anyone you can get support from friends or family.? The people here are very supportive but it's harder if you don't know the ins and outs of a person's circumstances. I'm sure others will offer their support here soon. I always think if you are in a bad situation then why compound it by damaging your health and finances by smoking it's like cutting off your nose to spite your face. I hope you get back on then quit train now or in the near future once your situation is steadier.

  6. Hi Elena Sorry to hear your difficulties. Why not quit again but this time quit your boyfriend and your cigs. Sounds like both of them are bad for you and your life could be better without them both. Goodluck the time is always right to quit bad habits.

  22. Hi Your doing great glad to see your sticking with the quit. Once you get the nicotine out of your body your nearly there if I were in your position again I'd be reluctant to put any type of nicotine back in as it would extend the withdrawal symptoms. It's up to you but keep the quit goodluck.

  24. Quitting is easy I've done it loads of times. Staying quit is the hard bit if you can get to 3 weeks your halfway there .The worst thing you can do is fall into the nicodemons trick of getting you to have just one coz then you have to go through the first 24 hours all over again Good luck you must be over halfway through your first day by now.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
