  1. Doreen Sorry to hear about your husbands ill health. Helping other people quit is a Noble and Humane cause thanks on behalf of all us fellow quitters for all you do.
  2. Looking through the topics here there is lots of discussion about what people do with the money they saved from quitting. The literature suggests that by quitting you should be able to add days/months/years to your life expectancy. I wondered what people are planning to do with all this extra time ? If your like me you will just muddle on day to day with no real plan. Perhaps now is the time to come up with a useful way to spend the extra time. Anyone got any suggestions.

  14. hi Brussell sprouts have been modified since I began smoking 30+ years ago they really used to be bitter but this bitterness has been bred out of them during the time I smoked and they are sweet now. I never realised when I smoked but now they taste nice.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
