  1. Well done a major achievement there is no going back now who would want to rerun their first year quit.
  2. Try to remember that the first week is the hardest. Don't torture yourself by repeating the first week withdrawal over and over. I avoided things that I associated with smoking so I didn't socialise much for 6 months and quit drinking. It worked for me.it may for you. Stick close to this site and read as much as you can to educate yourself.
  3. Hi Congrats on Quitting Just don't put anything in your mouth and set fire to it and you should be fine. if you know why you started again it may be worth doing a list of things or situations to avoid for the first few months; Post an SOS if you are struggling there is usually someone online to try to help you.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
