  2. Yeah, I was thinking that, but was in denial, because I really can't miss work right now. Ah well guess it'll be the doctor for me if it doesn't clear up a a few days.
  3. Is there a way to differentiate between having smoker's flu and real flu. I've been feeling yucky for a couple of days and it seems to be getting worse. I don't think I have a fever, but my whole body hurts and my head feels huge and my ears have been ringing for hours this morning. Is this a common sympton of quitting?
  4. Hi Christine, I am schizoaffective, and have recently quit smoking. When I feel an episode coming on and my anxiety is ramping up, I find somebody, anyone to talk to. Sometimes its as minor as playing chicks and sticks till it passes. If its really bad I call my therapist or a family member or close friend. I have a list of things that I think are fun to distract myself when my mood turns foul or worse.
