  2. Thanks Doreen , doing a 24houf speedrun more than helps with craving s because I'd lose 10 or more minutes to the world record if I left to buy cigarettes. So good stuff

  6. I can't even smoke because I would need to go buy them and could not therefore get world record. Trockin myself
  7. Doing a 24hrs stream which I normally smoke during with drinking. Good way to reduce cravings ya
  8. Technically it's Saturday even though it's 3am. Nope now and Nope later when the sun arrives. This is what I say to cravings. Ugh was going to put an awesome gif, but my internet doesn't want me too and if I keep trying I'm likely to break my phone in half. Happy weekend!?

  14. I just ran my fastest mile ever, granted the fastest before was 15 whole minutes. But I made 14mins today. A little unorthdox methods considering I ran back and forth in like a 5foot space.. but i will take it.

  19. Since I feel less sick today, I am committing to 5+mins of desk exercise every hour on the hour. Hoping to eventually feel motivated enough to do stuff after work too.

  23. I'm up 2 days again, I have a really bad cold and feel awful but I'm making it through one hour at a time.
