  16. Yes, wantsit, you are in the WTF week. The craves come on strong and out of nowhere. I kind of think it comes from the triggers that you were not fully aware of coming on, also your mind trying to become accustomed to no nicotine. You can make it thru the week and things will start to look much better as you learn to deal with a nicotine free mind and body!!!!
  17. Parsley -- keep tough -- old behaviors trying to make their last stand. As said above going thru this at or near month three has happened to several of us, happened to me. Jetblack had the same thing happen at her three month mark and had posted about that, that old post really helped me knowing that it has happened to others. Like said above by Jordan7, there are the terrible 3's (day 3, week 3, and month 3). The month 3 is the strangest since you are well into your quit. Just realize old behaviors and lurking triggers trying to sneak thru. It does pass and it does start really getting better. Keep it up you are strong and doing well.
