  19. I am on the fence on this one. I am not for vaping, however if it is a step in the right direction for smokers to quit then I can see the good. However, I am cannot see vaping as a replacement to cigarettes -- just replacing the form of addiction. Vaping my not have the negative consequences as cigarettes but the jury is still out on this, but it does not replace the addiction unless the person is committed to quitting smoking. I also am not for the advertising showing it as an alternative to cigarettes -- that needs more review and attention especially to how this is viewed by minors.
  20. I welcome back. We can all make mistakes but it takes wisdom and courage to admit to them and recommit. You can do this -- Keep Strong!!!!

I hear where you are coming from Kdad, I was there a couple of times myself. I just looked really hard into myself and saw (and still do) all the good that had come from quitting and that would get me thru. Also that one year mark had a big draw on me -- I really wanted to see the Lido deck and it was worth every day. Keep strong and keep close !!!!
  23. Fantastic, great job to this point and always good to have the doctor verify!!
