Quite simple -- I would love to go back to Germany where I was stationed many years with the Army!!!!!

Great job on the 3 weeks. As said above it takes a little time to clear out the lungs but that is a good thing. Also as said if anything concerns you make sure you contact a medical professional to have it checked out. Keep strong you are doing an awesome job!!!!

Yipper summer has ended here (had a really good summer, not too hot or dry). However, the rainy season has started much to early. We already have 3 times the amount of rain we get on average for the whole month of September. Oh well at least it is not hot and my favorite season is underway!!!!

Welcome aboard Tony. There is a lot of information on this site that will help educate you on this quit and a lot of people that will support you the best they can online. My main pointers are to drink lots of cold water (and juice to help bring up your blood sugar), deep breathing techniques (here you can use the Jillar Air Cigarette -- a cut down straw cigarette size, it really helped me) and to come here often and use the NOPE pledge. Also commitment and focus go a long way. This can be done!!!
