Aawww Rhino, hang in there.. it does get better I promise.. I was the exact same in my early quit.. hardly had the energy to drag my carcass out of bed but I did and I pushed on forward and stuck to my quit group like glue.. it did get better all part of the healing process... and yeah please do come over and join us on the games.. it's a good distraction.. and loads of fun to be had..?

Awww Jillar... I luvs ya... how cute what you call toothpicks we call cocktail sticks cos wee stick cubes of cheese and pineapple/ pickled onions/grape or wee mini cocktail sausages on them.. haha But yeah that's what I was thinkin.. gonna give it a bash and see.. Anybody got any better ideas..?

Talking of painting nails .. do you thing spiderwebs can be drawn on nails with cocktail sticks...?
