  2. This is the best things about the 60's right...?? Holy crap.... I just heard on the news a guy in America died when his vape pen blew up.. he had burns over 80% of his body....!!!! (Its on the beeb so must be true..!!!?)

  13. 1 hour walk back from work with what felt like a stone/14lb backpack on in sweltering heat.. (But in reality backpack was filled with coat, work stuff, juice and water.. haha)

I have the app but it's finding the time to fill it in and when I do think I'd doing it wrong because it says I'm way, way , way over.. so have just been trying to cut back on rubbish (doughnuts) eating fruit instead most times anyhoo weighed myself today (just do it monthly) and I haven't lost anything but I haven't gained anything either I'm exactly the same as I was 1 month ago 11st/154lb/69kg So I reckon that's good news, I must be doing something right now to keep it going only cutting back more.. Honestly I was terrified what the scales were gonna say cos every other time they have went up and up and up..? ** Oh and I am sure the bunnie onesie sweated a few doughnuts of last Friday ???**

  16. Aaawwww Sunny, so sad to here this, I remember the voice trying everything it could and then some and the struggle i had not to give in.. (like I had many times before) my lightbulb moment came when I posted that I was battle weary and wasn't sure I could keep fighting the voice in my head but a fantastic mentor said "how can you lose you are fighting yourself !!" and that is when I realised, yep, I was in control only I can choose to smoke or not.. Please, please, please jump back in with both feet, because if you are anything like me you will find 101 reasons why now is not the time and before you know it a year and another and another has passed... You can do this Sunny. So you had a moment of weakness, build from that, you are stronger than your nic demon we are all here for you ?x
