That's exactly what our nhs web page advises Jo.. thanks will start them tomorrow and hopefully it will stop them being so painful when I get up in morns too

No new shoes Jo been getting sorer the last few months.. I checked with doctor google thankfully they won't fall off?? but found excersise on the NHS page gonna give them a go as pain is in the Plantar fascia so got some good stretches to do .. if they don't get any better I'll visit Dr..I love ? everybody here... ? Well except? you..... yep.... that's right ?you... But Seriously... I love ? my peeps and you know who you are ?Daily and yesterday...?Confession.... I've never had a hot jam doughnut from a van by the beach..?Wondering what the hell is causing the pain in my soles, heels and all the way up my calves in both legs.. its Sooooooo painful.......??I had a Krispy Kreme doughnut today..? Salted caramel cheesecake...? I didn't enjoy it..?
