  3. Leap .. You have had some great advice . The only way you will become a Non Smoker is ..Dont Smoke .. That first one in the morning is the worst for any quitter ..your body and brain have been starved all night for your fix .. Your a addict . There is only one way to get over this and that is to face every morning head on . This is your life..your fighting for Believe me ,getting a smoke related ilness is far worse to live with .. Lets get this done and get you to Freedom ..

  8. Oh !!! Rewards can be anything ,as long as it feels like a treat,just for you,for all your hard work .. A expensive shampoo..shower gel , Magazine ,book..the list is endless,it doesnt have to be sweet things...a expensive candle .. Good to hear your still walking .

  22. Sorry you decided to smoke again . The weaning down is not working , You need a plan of action .. Your what i refer to as doing the Oky..koky..one foot in and one foot out . To quit this killer addiction you need your whole self in 100/ per cent .. First thing.you need to be honest with yourself ..Do i want to be a non smoker? If you do ..then you must promise yourself Never smoke another ...Ever. There is only one rule to Quitting Never put anything in your mouth and set fire to it .. Keeping yourself in this cycle of pain and withdrawal..is pure agony. We know you want to quit ..cos you Wouldn,t be sitting on the train .. We all want you to quit .. So ...we can give you all the help and support and the tools to succeed..but its down to you to do the work .. Grab your tool box ..get a ticker.. Pledge ..and lets get this done once and for all.. You can do it ....believe in yourself .
