  19. Hi ish..really good to see you posting.. Well I guessed you were a lady...so mmmm...I was wrong.. Take time to read Allen Carr The Easy Way if you havnt already done so..this book has helped millions, and alot of us too. You can read it free on line.. You can do it..trust me.if I did ..anyone can. Take smoking off the table..no matter what..even if your arse falls off.. Keep reading ..knowledge will be your weapon go beat this monster.. Post often..NOPE everyday...but stay clear of the chicks and sticks game..it's not good for your health lol. Looking forward to travelling with you on your journey Note..your new gal will love not having to kiss a smelly ashtray

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
