There are plenty of videos too,that will cover all you need to know about being successful in your quit... We are a friendly bunch ,who will support you ,every step of your journey... I agree you are so young..and most of us ,who have decades of smoking behind us,would love to be in your place... Chuck the cigs,chuck the vape...come here..take our daily pledge... To never put anything in your mouth and set fire or... vape it ever....it works ...Smoking never fixed anything..!!!!.....stay here more often till it passes...you smoke...and I'll bash you ...Congrats LaToya 2 months is amazing...keep going !!!Congratulations ...-4...morning all...even cheating bakon !!!NOPE !!Welcome aboard..
