  11. Jules..we just want to get you there.. I can think of much healthier ways for you to be kept occupied.... My hubby is end stage emphysema.. Damaging your lungs beyong repair ..is not the way... Try regular chewing gum ...keeps your mouth busy... Try reading..take up a new hobby..running... There is a million things you could do..
  12. Hi and welcome..to this fabulous place... I too was a 5 decade smoker.. Quitting is the most fabulous thing you can do for yourself.. You have tools in your tool box to help..that's a great start.. You can do it.. Take it steady day by day...keep close by...we are here to help you on your journey.. Congrats..buckle up ,take a first class seat..and have fun..quitting is not all doom and gloom..we believe in having fun....x

  20. Freedom to me means exactly that...free... Being slave to a Vaping pipe.. to me is not free.....its still having a addiction.. Buying a E cig..getting juice...charging batteries..this to me is being enslaved ... I too.jules hope you don't reget this ..some time down the line....
