  11. Take it steady Jewel.. Don't over think..just take one day at a time...this is how I did it... What can I do to help me through this day.???? My sleep pattern was messed up for a few weeks..but settled down... Just remind yourself ..this feeling is temporary... It will all pass..

  17. Ya me too..have done Turkey in July...far,far too hot for me...ended up in hospital for 3 days..yuk !!!!!
  18. I couldn't do yoga...so when I found this I was very happy... The only trouble is its not as popular in Liverpool as yoga...yoga,yoga,everywhere... I do a Saturday class...and during the week.. you tube... I have a couple of Lee Holden's video,s... So glad you liked it ...x
