Try dancing to music...its still moving around...but running around after a little one.is a great way to keep your weight down... I'm should have adopted a toddler for a while......perfect....Could never hate you my little stewpot !!!!!! You didn't smoke as long as Mr Piggy and me... I too wish I had never took that first puff ,that kept me hooked for 52 years....if someone had said to that 11 hr old..you will still be smoking till your sixty,s... I'm would probally thought they were nuts !!!!!6... Hi IGT...you been to bed ????My senses were well and truly out of whack.. I couldn't believe how fabulous all the different aroma,s were...I still stand there sometimes and just take in that wonderful smell of fresh air.... I thought food tasted good before my quit...who was I kiddin..noooo....it didn't...but it does now...Oh yes !!!!...FOOD.... I have that heavy frying pan ...go and get us two big buggers to fill it.... All I had in mind was some CHATTA - - NOOKIE....6..good Friday morning !!!I don't smoke on Friday,s...NOPE !!!!This is me now lol...bought nice new jeans ....yaaa.. Thankfully I am not a cake eater..no sweet tooth here..just a sausage holic... Bla don't worry..the few pounds we can gain ..is a small price to pay..for not killing ourselves slowly...I seem to be on the wrong page..soz...time for bed whahaI'm have two older brothers ..one never smoked..the other did ,quit in the early seventies... Mum and Dad..bless them..died smokers.... My son and daughter have never smoked thankfully...Sad reading... Without this group..I'm dam sure I would just be another number... This really was my last chance...It still gives me a cold chill...DUH !!!!...what's going on...I'm telling your bosses... Your slacking....I'm bracing myself !!!!!
