There is no right or wrong ..just as long you as you quit killing yourself self slowly smoking... My dear Jo..There are many roads ,that lead to Rome...some routes are a bit longer than others... But it's all about getting there.. Your doing great...youv,e got this ... Come here and shake your fist ,as much as you want....its allowed...x
