Your in very early days of quitting...feel proud...you walked out ...and didn't smoke ...that's a high five.!!!!! Have you read about my punching pillow !!!!!...speaks for itself.. I talked to myself ...alot...I feel this way because my body is getting used to being nicotine free... It does get easier...promise ....

Hi and welcome aboard.. This fabulous train.. Take a window seat!!!..the view is amazing...we have had many a traveller use the patches... Stick to the programme.... Read all you can here..watch all joels videos...there is so much information go help you along.. Join in on the daily pledge..it really does help.. Stay close. Post often..you are amongst friends..who will support you all the way

Great post N!!! Positive attitude...knowing crap happens to non smokers too... Smoking doesn't change anything...we cope better being nicotine free...without nicotine withdrawal to add to the mix..

The above posters have said it honey... Scream,yell...and then scream some more...Hell week is nearly over... Keep busy...deep breathing.... Walks....puzzles...anything...do anything... I am not ashamed to admit I had a punching pillow...not saying who nfsce was on it...but I gave those punches all I had ... Keep going...your coming great !!!!
