I love not having that black cloud of doom ,just looming above my head ,all day every day...you know the one ... I'm about to have something bad ,happen to me anytime soon... My luck will run out ...I've left it too late.. Rubbish !!!!....I felt the beniefts almost immediately..that cloud melted away .!!!! It's never too late ... What's yours ????

So the excitement of your quit is not as strong as it was...no man's land..... It's a point where some folks find themselves...not a newbie... Not a oldie....so where I am ???? Let me tell you ..who you are...you are a amazing non smoker.... You are a person every smoker would love to be... Don't over think....every morning..yipeeee I'm free... No man's land will pass by in no time at all... Keep marchin.... We are a army...keep in step....carry that flag high... I never experienced no man's land..there was no point ...my feet were too important ... Take it day by day.....its a new day...( night ) for you... Stand tall Jo.... Xx

I'll be having a huge slice of this fabulous cake.. I'm the newest member to take the V I P seat...I thank MQ for trusting me with this honour XXX The Quit Train...I love this magical place... I have made the most wonderful friends here..,we care about each other ...friends that will stay in my heart forever...some have moved along...but they are still in my heart and thoughts... This place works !!!...why.... Because we can laugh at ourselves...joke amongst ourselves...come to the rescue when a member needs help...support each other ,love and care for each other. Anyone who finds them selves here...are the lucky ones...a place where... You can shout ,cry, get a hug. Get.support a 100 per cent.. Everyone's deserves a safe place...to not be judged ... My Friend..RIP... Well she put black tape all around the packets to block out the pic,s...when I asked her why.. She knows they are there..her reply... If I don't see it..it doesn't bother me...imagine ..all that time wasted .....addiction sucks...
