Congratulations..a great quit !!

Nope nope NOPE!!!

Well done...!!!.... Quitting is the most wonderful thing you can do for your health... Dying with a smoke relating illness ,is more distressing than putting on some pounds... Most folks lose the extra weight once they are comfortable in thier quit.... This is why we say quitting smoking is a journey....

They have had a fair share of massive spiders...in thier shoes...behind the toilet ..in the bedroom curtains... Doreen wasn't a happy bunny...took me half a hour checking the bedroom ,before I went to bed... It was fun watching my big strapping son scream and run ..he's more scared of them than me...hilerious.!!!

I've met a few snakes in my life...but not the slithering on its belly type...oh a don't know ???? Boo ...remind me ..if I come visit..never to take the garbage out...not unless your with me with your big gun.. .and your giving me a piggy back.....gulp !!!! I would have shit my pants for sure.!!!...sorry I meant pooped ....

Thanks Betsy.. .. This was another great reminder for me..to always be on my guard..that nico monster is never too far away..

We are addicts...some of us still do what addicts do.... I have said I see quitting as the Hokey kokey..you have to put your whole self in... Those that join ,never post ,just dissapear.... Have one foot in and one foot out...they want to quit....but are not a hundred per cent committed., They havn,t the knowledge..the skills... I do get upset when one of our soldiers lose thier battle ,after a they have a good quit going...I think this is due to still believing they missing out on something..a friend !!! Again this is due to lack of knowledge.... Those that post a SOS ,deep down want to be rescued...and most do keep thier precious quit... It's true ,we can only give the tools...they have to still do the work...getting across that the discomfort is short lived ,is the hardest part..

When I went to the theatre as a smoker.I didn't have time for a drink in the interval....a smoke always came first.. Well done Jack...its a good feeling..
