In the past...in my smoking career...if I came across a mean nasty person...I would reach for my little crutch ,and wonder why folks had to be so mean to others...NOW.... I am smoke free...and still wonder why folks have to be so mean to others...my puffing my brains out ,and killing myself didn't make any difference...!!

Actors got paid handsomely with free cartons upon cartons of cigarettes to promote smoking on the big screen... A clever way of marketing from the big tobacco companies.... That's why so many of them died early with smoke related illnesses...thier supply was never ending... Don't envy the poor smokers....feel very sorry for them.... The tobacco companies couldn't care how many died...as long as they made money....

Brrrr.....I hate winter... Nicky is looking forward to some English weather...don't get to sat that very often !!! And it was.... Keep fighting...hope Qi Gong helps too...before that..I had a punching pillow....lol...one extreme to the other.... Emotions are all over the place for a little while..but the reward is so worth it...If you stick to NOPE.....you carn,t fail Parsley ...your doing great !!!Yahoooo...9 fabulous months.... Find a beginner class on You Tube....it's been a life saver for me...so relaxing and calms the mind....it does deep breathing too... I do it every morning ...it's a great way to start the day....trust me !!!
