Once you see smoking for what it is...a addiction....and understand the addiction... Quitting becomes alot easier....

Oh well done !!!....having a smoke would have only made you more angry.....angry at your mum in law and angry at your self...

All nicotine has gone today...it's just you and your thoughts... Turn a negative thought...right round to a positive one... There is nothing negative about quitting...and a million of positives ..

I agree...be kind to yourself !!!.... Quitting is a journey.... Minute by minute....once you get a good comfortable quit going.,then you may want to tackle something else... A few folks here...turned to excersise.... Running.....losing weight.... The magic will happen ...

Dam... I was sent home after a gall bladder removal...and my bladder and bowels has stopped working .. After a emergency ambulance 3 days later ...I was admitted again... Doctors are no better here.. Sending my love across the pond ..xxx
