Might I make a suggestion.... If you have no intention of stopping Vaping ....this might not be the place for you....maybe another Vaping site... We are here to help those who want to quit ...Putting anything in the mouth and taking a puff of it ... This includes Vaping .... I don't understand what you want from us .... Maybe the other site called you a troll for a good reason ....

It's got all handy hints on how to save your life...not before suffering from a horrible smoking related illness..... I had a number of things ...but my most used tool was a punching pillow...I drew a face on it ....who,s face ....my secret...well I punched hell out of not ...sent it flying across the room...oh such fun...!!!! Whatever helps you along your journey ...belongs in your Quit Toolbox...

Congrats on your fabulous 6 years ...Inspirational I am 5 1/2.years now ....when I think of smoking ...it's never to have a smoke ....I have too much to lose ...not its still fills me with pride, after smoking for 52 years... Why don't you stay a while ,I'm sure you have alot to offer the newbies ...

Are you still with us Leon.??? You have been given the best advice to quit and stay quit.... There are folks here in all different stages....old timers ..in betweenies...and newbies....who have all Quit.... You are no different ..it's yours for the taking if you want it enough... Vapng will offer you nothing ...as cigarettes offer you nothing ... The only way you will succeed is to commit.... One hundred per cent.... Never stick anything that smokes in your mouth ...never.... We have folks here we have found the gum useful....as long as you stick to the programme..... Spend as much time here gaining knowledge ...watch all Joels video,s....watch listen learn.... You can do it !!!!

I just cook it as normal ..mash it ...cool it and freeze it ....when I need it ...I thaw it out...add the knob of butter... and heat....perfect every time ...

ML....Great to hear,that smoking is off the table ... Take a step back and think of what you are achieving.....you are amazing...you are doing what every smoker on the planet ...deep down want,s to achieve .. I too have received some news lately will will change my life comp!etely...how will I deal with this ?.....Day By Day...and do the best I can... That's all of any of us can do...don't be hard on yourself ....xx
