I agree....what a great idea.... The amount of rolls we go through for two people is ridiculous...... But ...Ted has alot to do with this ..... Ok....I'm a over kind of girl....bugs me when I see it the other way....its the little things that are important.... Living with someone with Alzheimer's.... It looks like a stick of dynamite has been thrown in the bathroom....lol.... So how long I will care ...is the question....

I still get that sense of pride ...I quit .....I won....even after five years... I beat the nico monster after 52 years .... If I can ...you can too.....what have you got to lose ...nothing ....but just imagine what you can gain !!!!

I found I was much stronger in every aspect of my life ,and it's problems ,once I quit smoking....I face stuff head on with more calmness .... Not being anxious over the next fix .....let's you face things much better ...head on !!!

This was a beautiful powerful thank you post I've ever read in my 5 yrs of being in the Train.... It was impossible to read ,without tears falling..... I have met some of the most amazing people here ..in my own journey ....who I know I will never forget ......and they stay in my heart..... I feel very fortunate to have met you in my life.....you are a dear friend ....who always has a kind supporting word ...when the going gets tough. That when I can understand your jargon....lol.... Celebrating your Lido Deck...was a great result ..I never doubted you ....and so much fun.... Thank you for your kind words ,you are a special lady.....a fighter ....and I'm so looking forward to us having high tea next year....Sorry I'm late ..... ML....I'm so happy you have kept your fabulous quit... Look at all the positives...not the negatives...... You are achieving ,what deep down every smoker on the planet wants...whether they admit it or not .... It doesn't matter how long it takes.....do you know the story about the turtle that wins the race....steady does it ... The magic WILL happen ...but we are all different .... Except you are where you you supposed to be ....be kind to yourself ....I will and can do it !!!!.....Just writing my Xmas cards !!!Positive thoughts Jo...keep us posted ....Piggy.!!!!.....Mums always know and do the best thing ....we can multitask !!!!!Cats are just as bad...My Ted pulls all the paper off the roll ,every chance he gets...he leaves it in a big heap....giving what mood I'm in...it's either try and roll it all back ..or chuck it in the bin...we go through loads ...Tony keeps forgetting to shut the door .....go figure..... ..lol....Wow !!!!....your lucky ,to get to eat anything ..... It's usually folks wanting to lose weight ...I don't do fast food either ...it taste like plastic ...hope your happy with the results ...9 lol...Boo ..go play with Cash !!I will pass on your comments... I'm sure she will be very interested ...she seems interested in soft cups ...in the bigger cups... Also pretty ...she says there is nothing pretty in the bigger sizes...... We do have quite a good range ...ML...has asked me to move this thread to Off The Record.....x
