I've been to Monday Clubercize class....worked up a sweat...plenty of water...feeling good...

I believe ....NRT...has helped far more people quit than the odd few who become addicted .... We have had successful quitters here ,who have used , patches ,gum ect....as long as the programme is used properly...and Freedom is found ... I too don't think it's fair to make those people feel uncomfortable..... Everyone here should be supported no matter what method they use ....as long as they quit smoking cigarettes...... It's better to get support and use NRT....than not try at all ..and you die of a smoking related illness...

M...sweetie ....do anything you have too to help you through this bad time .........except smoke ....that would only be you ,hurting yourself more ..... Be kind and loving to yourself ...I'm a believer ,things happen for a reason...another door will open for you ...on your journey .... Lean on us ...we are here for you ... This board has got me through so much ...and it will you too.....

I have had the serious S and V conversation with my grandson....I know his parents have too.... All he has known is a grandad who has Emphysema.... And has never been able to P!ay with him... He plays Rugby and Football...for his school....and his grandad has never had a kick about ....being on Oxygen has made this impossible ... Our boy knows ...his passion of sport will be probally over ..if he smokes or vapes ... Thankfully he's a smart kid ...and totally got it ... Education....

Congrats Roz....enjoy your retirement.... Get to do all the stuff ,you haven,t had time to do ......
