We have had our first dusting of snow...maybe a inch thick.... Liverpool airport shut down this morning .....Trains delayed ...weather warning in place ....we are never ready ....

Here is the UK a course of NRT is free....to anyone who wants to quit ...now they are also giving them out in hospitals ,to encourage patients to Quit ... This has got to be better than nothing ...if it saves one life ...it's been worth it .... Many roads lead to Rome ....just get your backside there....

Feel sorry for the poor smoker W.... He's still believing all the lies ....he wanted you to go with him....cos he woudnt look such a sap being by himself ... High five to you ....deep down that smoker was so envious of you ....this is why he went to great lengths ....

I'm interviewing right now....but my cleaning team ,keep insisting on bringing thier cats along....so no work gets done ... Found a costume for Bakon !!!

I've been to Monday Clubercize class....worked up a sweat...plenty of water...feeling good...

I believe ....NRT...has helped far more people quit than the odd few who become addicted .... We have had successful quitters here ,who have used , patches ,gum ect....as long as the programme is used properly...and Freedom is found ... I too don't think it's fair to make those people feel uncomfortable..... Everyone here should be supported no matter what method they use ....as long as they quit smoking cigarettes...... It's better to get support and use NRT....than not try at all ..and you die of a smoking related illness...

M...sweetie ....do anything you have too to help you through this bad time .........except smoke ....that would only be you ,hurting yourself more ..... Be kind and loving to yourself ...I'm a believer ,things happen for a reason...another door will open for you ...on your journey .... Lean on us ...we are here for you ...
