I'm with education too... Before I took my first puff at 11 years old....if someone had visited my school.,with a hole in the neck..or attached to a portable oxygen tank...to give us a chat about the dangers of smoking..would it have made me think twice....we will never know.... But it would be worth giving it a try for the kids today....I'm sure there are plenty of folks out there ,who would give thier time...given the chance...

Keep The Quit....no matter how hard it is...as stated it could be years or even never before you have the will to have another attempt.... That way...you only go through it once ..

I'm learning more about grapes with each passing day. Me too....I like white wine ,better than red......Hi Can Do.. Late to the party...no bloody internet all day... Wow..did I get a surprise to see you here...glad you decided to give it a try..what have you got to lose ...nothin... You have been given great advice already.... All you have to do is ...never put anything in your mouth and set fire to it.. You can do it...you just need to want to... Stick around ....you might surprise yourself !!!!'m just going to keep taking each day as it comes. Keep winning the little battles. This is how we all Quit....one day at a time...winning your battles ..you will eventually win your war... Keep going toc.... Your doing great !!!!
