Every smoker should watch these Documentaries...Thank you for sharing Abby....I'm sure it will help lots of folks ....The first thing we did ,when we faced stress was reach for our crutch ... We believed it helped us cope better ....it was in truth the exact opposite..... You have come along way and got over that big hurdle ...
