Paddy gets a letter through the letterbox and it lands on the floor. In big bold letters on the front it says 'DO NOT BEND'. Paddy's still there wondering how he's going to pick it up. Paddy is walking down the street eating a bag of doughnuts, he meets Murphy who says 'can I have a doughnut if i can guess how many is in the bag?'. 'If you get it right you can have both of them' replies Paddy. 'Is there 4' answers Murphy.

I can see why you have picked Wednesday ....it's a statement ..NO SMOKING DAY...but .... It sounds as if your lungs need help from today !!!!....so why wait ....????? We have had quite a few people quit with help with patches ..you can do this .... We can support you 100%....but Lilly you have to do the work ....Happy Birthday @catlover.....What !!!....Lol...was that doggie not cute enough ......Lilly...you are no more addicted to what any of us where.... We just made the decision to never smoke again ....Ever ....no matter what was happening ... You just have to want it bad enough ....you carnt enter a quit half-hearted ...it has to be the whole of you ....I think a picture of a cute doggie might lure her back !!!Awww ..so many fab tunes ...I have chosen .In the Getto....I have a soft spot for Are you lonesome tonight ...but do agree he did could sing American,Trioligy......Hope your enjoying your big day buddy ...!!!!...love ya xxxxWell done ICH.....give your self a massive pat on your back ...you should feel proud ...
