Done another class.....fab...new little routine, s....just wish my arms wern,t just flapping about...thank heavens it's dark...I'm even laughing at myself... This remix club music ..is loud... If you newbies want to forget smoking for a hour ...try this...Clubercize....it uses alot of energy too...

In the past...in my smoking career...if I came across a mean nasty person...I would reach for my little crutch ,and wonder why folks had to be so mean to others...NOW.... I am smoke free...and still wonder why folks have to be so mean to others...my puffing my brains out ,and killing myself didn't make any difference...!!

Actors got paid handsomely with free cartons upon cartons of cigarettes to promote smoking on the big screen... A clever way of marketing from the big tobacco companies.... That's why so many of them died early with smoke related illnesses...thier supply was never ending... Don't envy the poor smokers....feel very sorry for them.... The tobacco companies couldn't care how many died...as long as they made money....
