Thought it would be a good idea...to remind ourselves of why quitting and staying quit is priority.... Me....A major health scare...Facing life with both feet amputated... Watching hubby on a oxygen machine 16 hrs of every day....pumping him precious oxygen ,because his lungs are so much damaged... Better have a little discomfort for a small while ...than spending years,/ decades. With smoke related illnesses.... Who,s next ????

Of course I still have a thought... A thought is not a crave.... I have thousands of thoughts in one day... I can have my morning coffee without a thought of a cigarette....but that doesn't mean it won't enter my head ..anytime during the day.. It more of a quick passing reminder... When something gives me a thought ..I was a smoker... There is a difference between loving one...and having a quick thought about one.. Does this make sense..

Hi and welcome... I'm sorry you have had to deal with your stepson passing.....life can be cruel.... We have lots of good reading stuff on the main board...pinned with a green squares... Also great videos to watch.... We are one big family here...we will help you achieve your goal....if you want it bad enough.... You need to stay close .... We are here for when you need us....you can do it...

Here is a clip...its so much fun...

Just joined and done a hour class in Clubercize... It was great fun....I was the oldest there by far..and kept up. There is no way I could have done that when I was a smoker... Not a chance....The rewards are still happening....
