I have seen countless of quits saved ,thanks to the SOS thread.. This is your quit A... you guard it ,with whatever help you need...there will always be someone here to help you through your problem ... As Jillar said Sarge is only one person...who didn't need any help.... Many roads lead to Rome ....just make sure you get there.... Fight your way there if need be....this is your life and health your fighting for ..

History is repeating itself ...After day 3 the nicotine has left your body ....I remember I felt this was a great achievement ....after decades of never being free... Feel proud .!!!Watch out for that ....Drunk Uncle ...We have had none of this nonsense in Liverpool........fingers crossed we don't ..!!!!I did know it was Peter Beale Lilly......who p!ayed Roger Taylor I agree one hell of a film ... I too cried my way through it ...m I'm a massive Queen fan ...This is very sad to read .. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to you ,the conductor ,the person who lost his life and his family.... Wishing you get the correct help you need to deal with this ...
