It's had poison pumped in to it for years..20 or more times a day...it takes time to adjust All the things you are experiencing is normal....and it does get better..but this happens at a different pace..for different folks... Be patient...be kind to yourself ..pamper yourself..treat yourself...because what you are doing is flippin Amazin... Stay close to the train.we will help you along on your journey ....

Follow the instructions... But...if you can sleep without it...even better..after all you didn't smoke while you slept...sometimes you can have too much nicotine.. My advice..listen to your own body..we are all different.... Glad your here...you can do it

In my toolbox I had...Allen Carr..complete clinic ..... My punching pillow.......music...my I pod.....lifesaver....Qi Gong....to calm the mind.... Reading and learning all I could about this addiction.... This forum 24/7..... daily NOPE !!! Laughter....it made the days pass faster...

I had Allen Carr pit on my I pod...and listened to it...countless of times...till the penny dropped... It's still on there.... We with you Blur

After putting all this crap in my poor body for 52 years....20 sometimes more each day... I am so thankful...I'm here to write this...millions have not been so lucky .....I'm so grateful ..as I've sure my body is... Have I dodged the bullet ????.....who knows....
