Sorry I'm late !!!.....lifes trials ..... Welcome about this Special place .... You have been given great advice.... These good folks have all been where you are ...so they know...... Read all you can !!!.....Buckle up ....enjoy the ride ... Never stick anything in yoiur mouth and set fire to it ....it's simple ...but sometimes it doesn't feel like it .... You can do it ....

Dispair ..I think I saw you in this last year ...it suits you ...Aww Jimmy....HUGS mate ....this is tough ....My sleep was all over the place for a while ...I couldn't sleep ..I was in the board 24/7....but soon enough it went back to normal . Remember all what you are feeling is temporary ....you just have to ride the waves ...A big fat dollop of NOPE !!!!Getting ready to visit my lovely brother and his wife ....good food ..good wine .....great company .....Summer is around the corner ....some swim wear for you sticks !!!Great news D.....
