Aww Linda and Jackie.. Life can throw out some really crap curve balls...those who know me here..know life is not all plain sailing.... Keep telling yourselves ..if you smoked a million cigs...the problems will still be there to deal with... All smoking does is ..add to the stress.... Folks who have never smoked have problems too...they are just not wound up ,waiting for thier next fix... Take it from me...we handle these curve balls much better without our addiction... Keep coming here..vent ,shout scream.curse.....just dont smoke.. Stay strong ladies ...

I just realized that not only am I at a place in my life where I no longer understand pop culture, I don't give a tinker's damn about any of it. I'm perfectly content with not being "cool" or "hip." This comes to all of us in time.....it just take all of us at different times to get there ...welcome to who gives a crap gang....

  So what about voluntary Vs forced quits and the degree of withdraws? Forced quits ???...nobody can force anyone to quit ...it has to be your decision.. I was advised to stop smoking ..like yesterday.... Or face amputation... This news was enough for me to quit..but the withdrawals were still hard to deal with..i had anger issues .angry at myself ..angry at cigarettes.. I am so relieved I had the strength and the motivation and the help from some fantastic people ..to finally quit... Many lose limbs ...because they just didn't have the tools or the knowledge or the belief they could quit... I love being smoke free..!!

My bezzie friend RIP was a smoker ...in doors...with the door shut..not while I was there though...when I walked into her house the air was immediately very heavy and thick ..I sometimes gagged.. As soon as I came home..it was like a breath of fresh air.... I hadn't smoked in my house ..for many years...and reolized what my kids had to grow up with ...crappy air...

Aww...This is fun ...party idea,s !!!! Thank you peeps... Boo and I have some games we like to play ...but...what happens in the No Tell Hotel stays there... Looking forward to the Parteeeeeeee.....

My Son and his family are holidaying in Spain..its a worry...they have been very sensible with the kids ..
