Congratulations Sunshine .... 4 months is a great quit .... Try and wean yourself away from the odd gum ,when you get a mood ....then you can feel even prouder for being nicotine free totally.... Even folks who have never smoked get moody sometimes ....it will pass .... I know you have fought hard for this ....I'm happy for you ...
