You could be in No man's Land ...where the nice newness of your quit has dissapeared ...this can happen around the 3 month mark ... Whatever your feeling ..it will pass ...you just have to fight through it ... I'm have forwarded a post about No Mans Land Land

Wow!!! Joe .. Sorry to hear you have been so I'll.. I'm sure your lungs cleared up alot quicker as a non smoker.. Glad to hear you are on the mend ..and plan on staying around some ...not the numbers game though ...your banned lol....my rules ...... Yep you go to the dying babe thread ..
