Take your seat on the Train ...buckle up....read all you can ...watch all Joel's videos.... Educate....Learn by what happened ,and make sure you are prepared for those times in the future ..

Hang in Darcy ....try and keep busy....keep your brain busy....Crosswords ,jig saws...anything .. Come and play the games here ....look at the funny animal thread ....keep busy...

I think every Quitter asks themselves that question .... I believe it's knowledge....not truly understanding just how insidious this addiction is .... Once I joined up the dots ....and made a full hearted promise ...never to take another puff .....I quit ... After smoking for over 5 decades....and countless of pie in the sky quits .... Once I put my whole self in ...not halfhearted... I did it ....you have got to want it bad enough !!!!! Oh ya ...and trying to keep hold of my indangered feet ...helped too ....
