Ain't nobody gonna learn. 400,000 people die a year of smoking related causes, no one learns. More and more people are Quitting JB..... We can only hope smokers will take serious the risk of dying due to this virus ,very serious .... You had a great quit ...a quit to be proud of ....are you saying you didn't learn anything in that time ...? I'm sure you did ....

Why pump more poision into your body ..??? The day to Quit is today .... There is so much info here ....educate yourself ...learn all about this horrible addiction.... You can do it ...we all have ....you just have to want it bad enough .... Learn by the past ... Boredom ...is not a excuse to kill yourself or give yourself a smoke related illness.....

All restaurants, theatres,gyms,pubs ,shut from tonight ... Might be able to get toilet rolls now ....the beer and wines are next to be hoarded...

When I was new in my quit ..I remember a wise Elder saying to me ... Doreen ....it's ok to wobble ....just make sure you don't fall over ....this helped me alot ... Darcy...you wobbled ...but YOU DIDNT FALL OVER......way to go !!!!

Your country and mine haven't even peaked yet with this virus ...who knows how many will die .... I think everyone should be scared ... Thankfully if we are unlucky to catch this killer ,we have more chance of recovery with not smoking ...

Just remember all is temporary...... Be patient ....be kind ....your body is going through some hefty changes ... Rewards are special....so important....you,ve worked hard for them ... Nice candles ....it amazing how lovely they smell when your nose wakes up....Well done .... Take smoking off the table no matter what ....this I repeated alot... My brain understood this ....no smoking Doreen ..no matter how your feeling ... Sounds like your brain is accepting this fact !!!Amen ...I was thinking about painting while I was stuck in doors ....No sport here ...all cancelled ....
