For me chewing 1 or 2 gums is not about addiction anymore , its something i do to kill the boredom Sunshine .....your deluded .....if your still using 2 gums ...then your still addicted ...it's got nothing to do with boredom ..... Using ordinary regular gum would help with your boredom .... You want to leave because the truth hurts .... If you thought you were right ...you would stand and fight .... Deep down you know we are right and you are wrong.... I've always said all road lead to Rome ...no matter how you quit .....you haven't got to Rome yet .... Time for the frying pan to come out !!!

Good thinking H .... Keep positive and you will succeed.....to keep busy ,join in the games it can be fun .... It will pass some time away .... If you read some of the old posts ...you will find plenty of knowledge.... Knowledge is a powerful tool when Quitting ...

Maybe you should read up on COPD ....this illness is something you don't want ...trust me ... I came to the boards with the threat of having limbs amputated....this motivated me ... There is only one rule to quit .... Don't stick anything in your mouth and set fire to it ....Tougher laws for the UK .... Only limited persons can leave thier homes ....if people don't comply...full lockdown ... Stay safe folks !!!❤At last!!!!......some lovely news ..... Ain't nobody gonna learn. 400,000 people die a year of smoking related causes, no one learns. More and more people are Quitting JB..... We can only hope smokers will take serious the risk of dying due to this virus ,very serious .... You had a great quit ...a quit to be proud of ....are you saying you didn't learn anything in that time ...? I'm sure you did ....-1... Hope everyone is ok !!
