Great post Irene ...well done on your fabulous quit !!! I remember feeling shocked to learn I was a addict ...me ....no way ... I was a woman who just enjoyed a smoke ...whether I was happy ,sad,or just me ... It took this train to help me understand this crazy addiction... There is only one rule in quitting..Don't Smoke ....
