Hello and welcome ... You smoked again , because you still believed all the lies....and thought smoking would help you in some way . Smoking does nothing for you .... Take your seat on the Train ...buckle up....read all you can ...watch all Joel's videos.... Educate....Learn by what happened ,and make sure you are prepared for those times in the future ..

I think every Quitter asks themselves that question .... I believe it's knowledge....not truly understanding just how insidious this addiction is .... Once I joined up the dots ....and made a full hearted promise ...never to take another puff .....I quit ... After smoking for over 5 decades....and countless of pie in the sky quits .... Once I put my whole self in ...not halfhearted... I did it ....you have got to want it bad enough !!!!! Oh ya ...and trying to keep hold of my indangered feet ...helped too ....

I have my trip to the states very soon ...very worrying....but yes as Jo says ..I could get it anywhere .. It's took Alot to sort out this trip ...bad timing doesn't come into it .....
