Yes ..we have been there ...quitting is down to choice.... We chose to Never Stick Anything In Our Mouth And Set Fire To It ...No Matter What .... I shouted NOPE hundreds of times a day !!!!....stay strong !!

Please look after your self ....the numbers are Heart breaking ...❤A lady walked all over my estate ...dressed up as the Easter Bunny ....all the kids were excited and waving through thier window,s It's nice to hear good stuff in the middle of the bad ......Never ate ....Corn - On - The -Cob.....never fancied having all those horrible little yellow bits stick in between my teeth ..
More or less the same time as you Saz...and I believe we are about to have three weeks more ... What has doorbell been up to .... Firstly ...all my family and friends are well....and keeping to the rules ..... My son visits on his motor bike ..bringing goodies ...he parks up on my front path ,where I sit half way up the hall ,so we can have a good natter ....miss giving him a mama hug ....even though he's a big bloke lol... Talk to my grandkids on face time ...missing them so much .... Chat to Nicky in Australia every day ....to check we are ok ... Go shopping once a week ... Wednesdays....very early as the shop opens ,to avoid most people ...then spend ages washing it all... I garden ..my new Apple tree has shoots ....I'm very excited .... I excercise every day .... Try to keep busy .... Although we have technology....I'll admit to getting lonely some days .....missing my lunch dates with friends . Good job I have my Ted ...he,s a good companion.... Wishing and hoping it all ends soon ...Congratulations on your fabulous 2 weeks .!!!!!
Before too long ,you will be doing the things you used to do smoking ..smokefree.... And it will be and feel so natural ...everytime you drive and not smoke ..it brings it nearer ..Wow!!!.....I wish I had the brains to quit at your age ....you can have a whole life smoke free ...instead of... Trying to quit thousands of times and failing ....finally mastering it at 63 years old .... why ??? Because I was about to have my two feet amputated if I didn't ... I did manage to save my feet ....but that's not all....I'm more healthy and have more energy now ,than what I had 20 years ago....I'm more content ...relaxed,and richer.... Don't even question your desicion.....you,ll never regret it ....... Stick around and learn all you can ...it will give you the power....High Five Guttie !!!!.....your doing great ...!!!!Hello and welcome .. Congratulations on your great quit .... Your body is going through some massive changes ....be patient .....
