  19. I put all my favourite songs on my I pod.!!!!! Loud in my ears ...I quit but now I'm deaf !!!!......only kiddin..... I danced around the house for months ..singing away ....it worked for me ...took away any crave.....
  20. What is a crime is you carry on Smoking !!!! Ok you have failed ,maybe more than once ....so what !!!!!..... Keep going ...keep trying ....do you really what to end up with a smokers illness..or worse ??? Just put it behind you ...and start again.... What have you got to lose ..NOTHING.....but could gain...EVERYTHING..... Do it today !!!!!
